Looks like the Hollywood sushi restaurant Katsuya was the place to be Monday night. Hilary Duff and actress Zelda Williams were both spotted leaving right before, but not with, 90210's Shenae Grimes.

And Shenae honey I'm only going to say this because I love you: Easy on the blue eyeliner. And remember, when you're being photographed it's down and out with the chin. Love you, miss you, big kiss!

Both are giving me rib tattoo's. I know Rumer's tattoo says "BE PRESENT" but I can't really make out what Shenae's says.  Maybe Shenae's says "BE A BETTER ACTRESS".  I guess we will never know.

KATY PERRY AND ANNA LYNNE MCCORD ARE THE SAME

Wow, how interesting. I wonder how 90120's Anna Lynne McCord managed to get all that poodle hair under that short bob wig. Well, in the game of fame same there are no winners; but since I made it up, I say Katy wins! She looks the best in her Dolce & Gabbana dress. You're welcome!
